Welcome to Resonance Sound Therapy, our goal is to help you achieve a harmonious connection to oneself through sound and vibration.
Sound massage is a unique form of relaxation. This mode of therapy can be used in conjunction with other therapies to help with a range of issues. Through vibroacoustic techniques the bowls are placed on and around the body in order to activate the individuals natural healing processes and allows complete relaxation.

During a personalised reiki session you will be welcomed into a safe space to go inward and heal. Every session is different and can include hands on and off the body, crystals, chimes, sound bowls, tuning forks and a gong.
